Why are you using such an old version!? That is *NOT* the current Cygwin

the Catalyst engine specialized for Apache2 mod_perl version 2.x
Catalyst::Engine::Apache2::MP20, I am not sure if the engine running
on apache2.2, so I choose apache2.0.
I read the readme of both apache2.0 or apache2.2 and
the test says that I have a syntax error but I didn't change the
httpd.conf file after the install,
$ /usr/sbin/apachectl2 -t
httpd2: Syntax error on line 233 of /etc/apache2/httpd.conf: Cannot
load /usr/lib/apache2/mod_access.so into server: No such file or
directory
and the .so file is in the
