Yes, you were right. It wasn't a cygwin binary. It's a mystery to me how could it get there. I had cygwin wget package installed, and reinstall placed the right binary there. Like cgf, I can't reproduce. It looks like the wget binary D:\tools\cygwin\bin\wget.exe is not a Cygwin binary, despite
