My mistake. It did work. My second problem with apache
was causing the cgi script to not work properly.

I made the one line change to the Open statement, but
did not receive any email -
open (MAIL, "|$mailprog -f gp\@familiehaase.de
dalehend\@yahoo.com") || die "Can't open
$mailprog!\n";
