The Tesseract OCR engine was originally developed at HP between 1985 and
1995. It was open-sourced by HP and UNLV in 2005 and Google has lead

dependency to the outdated /bin/cyggcc_s.dll, which was imported from a
private old lib in /usr/local/lib, which took precedence of one of the

Cygwin distribution. rakudo switched to date versioning for the monthly
