Problem with inetd

When I try to do a telnet in a NT Machine from a Unix Machine , the cygwin causes a memory crash. But the crash is only with telnet , and not with ftp. The crash ocurs at the moment I write the password and press Enter This is the message error: (Embedded image moved to file: pic14277.pcx)
