This was an oversite, not a decision. It will be fixed when I have time.

Hello,
The latest LessTif & TeTeX packages are installing manpages into
/usr/X11R6/share/man/man1, but /etc/man.conf doesn't include this path
in the MANPATH settings.

Another question, d shows the timestamps in GMT, not respecting my
local TZ settings as ls does, can this be configured? (I haven't
studied the docs completly yet, so forgive me if it is included
there):
$ d /etc/xml/
/etc/xml/:

Hallo,
How about including Antiword in the netrelease?
Home -> http://www.antiword.org/
# antiword
sdesc: "A free MS Word reader"
ldesc: "Antiword converts the binary files from
Word 2, 6, 7, 97, 2000 and 2002 to plain text
and to PostScript TM."
requires: cygwin

Hi William and *,
I tried your example program because I've got problems with my TCM-port,
which requires g++-2.95 to compile. I'm afraid I can't reproduce your
SEGFAULT, it seems to work with both compiler versions on my installation.
BTW: if someone's got a little time, I could use some help
