Problem with apache+Win2k+SP4 [my httpd.conf]

Problem with apache+Win2k+SP4

oblem is not in my computer. (I have this problem on another computer with Win2k+SP4). I've tried to recompile apache (used apache-1.3.27) --- absolutely the same bug. My httpd.conf attached. How can I fix this bug ? Best regards, Sergiy Zuban
