Packaging error with latest texinfo-4.2-2.tar ??

Hi The directory /usr/info is empty in the texinfo-4.2-2.tar archive. At least in the texinfo-4.1-1.tar file it was populated with: -- TAR:texinfo-4.1-1.tar\usr\info info.info¦ 5425 info-stnd.info ¦263 info-stnd.info-1
