mbox-formatted mail archives of Cygwin mailing lists

In this page there is a message:

    "You can find mbox-formatted mail archives on the ftp site in the
    appropriate project's directory."
    ftp://sourceware.org/pub/

But in the ftp://sourceware.org/pub/{cygwin,cygwinports,cygwinx} i couldn't see 
any
*.mbox files by year.

I'd like to search the archives locally in text format. Could someone
point me to the correct location.
