XWinrl.log
Description: Binary data
Stefan,
I would assume that the last few messages printed in /tmp/XWinrl.log
would be useful. On the other hand, XWin.exe may be dying before it
logs any messages. In any case, send in /temp/XWinrl.log and let us see
what we have got.
Thanks for testing,

Hi Folks,
I'm using XWin-Test78 and when I get out of the XP screensaver,
the machine completely locks up. Not even Ctrl-Del-Alt will help
anymore, I'll have to use the power switch to get it back.
I consistently had this behaviour with Test76/77/78
Any hint on how to track it down ?

Brian,
Do you have AIM? If so, email me privately and I will email you my
screen name, then we can do the transfer via AIM. If not, then just
email the files to me in an attachment (make sure not to mail them to
the mailing list). I can take attachments up to about 50 MB.

I have lesstif-0.93.40-1-src.tar.bz2 and lesstif-0.93.40-1.tar.bz2 ready
to roll.
I read on the lesstif installation page about the dll issues, so it is
still static.
It passes various sanity checks for our applications.
I do not have a public place to post it, so let me know how you would like

However, shouldn't the xmkmf have produces exactly the line that
you added manually? At least on Linux it does.

Cygwin's version of LessTif seems about a year behind. Are there any
plans to update it? Is it simply a matter of compiling and bundling for
setup, or are there significant local changes that need to ported forward?

I am pretty sure that is a bug. Sometimes with emacs you can cause a
clipping region to become orphaned such that no application will be able
to draw in that region until you restart XFree86. Your bug may be
related, or not. I have learned to live with the bug, for now :)

Harold,
Works for me (w2k, sp3, Microsoft Natural keyboard, English layout). Only

I released this in Test78/4.2.0-26. Please test and make sure that it
