startx won't start X, after fresh install of latest cygwin on fresh XP
laptop.
The output I get is exactly the same as reported on cybertechhelp by
someone else, a week ago (which has had no useful response in that forum):

tune up Cygwin/X. Just to limit the scope a bit - do you run slow xterm
even just by opening up a local xterm on you

My understanding is that Cygwin is just an emulator. Cygwin/X will
respect the hardware acceleration that you do on the Windows config.
