Some time ago a second directory structure appeared in Cygwin mirrors. They now have 'release' and 'release-2' folders, along with corresponding 'setup' and 'setup-2' .ini, .bz2, and .sig files. Both appear to contain the same subfolders. The contents of the 'release' subfolders look like all
