Actually the X11 us international map that XWin puts is quite
different from the Windows us-international map, the map
us(intl) is more similar to Window's one.

If I start XWin with
$ XWin -multiwindow -clipboard &
followed by, (in the same window or in another that is not an X11 window)
$ setxkbmap -model pc105 -layout us\(intnl\)
then the key repetition does not work,
but if I run setxkbmap in a xterm, or o

if I start XWin with
$ XWin -multiwindow -clipboard
and then
$ setxkbmap

I have found other strange things:
The first time XWin is started:
1- key repetition works
2- Alt -key does not work (I am using the International us keyboard)
3- When XWin is stopped (with the exit button) the files /tmp/.X11-unix/X0
and /tmp/.X0-lock are not deleted.
The subsequent times

After rebooting the machine, now the key repetition works!
