You forgot to reinstall the fonts packages after mounting the directory
binmode.

C:\cygwin\usr\X11R6\lib\X11\fonts on /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts type
system (binmode)
Could you try that?
I snipped out lots of your data just to save space.
