The problem: F1 and F4 don't work with xwin-6.8.1.0-10.
Temporary workaround - using xmodmap:
xmodmap -e "keycode 208 = 0xffbe" # set F1
xmodmap -e "keycode 211 = 0xffc1" # set F4
Notes:
It seems that the problem caused by the keycodes assigned to F1 and F4.
