I'm having a bit of a problem with urxvt and key-codes with vim. I have key-map setup such that Control-PageUp / PageDown switch between buffers (bp / bn). This key-mapping works fine under and xterm, but just rings the system bell under urxvt. The odd thing is that Ctrl and PageUp/PageDown wor
