in this field. The latest version uses
gcc 3.2 optimized for Pentium 4, so my Pentium 4 is now ALMOST as fast as my
AMD Athlon! Linux will also be the easiestway to compile for the new 64-bit
AMD processors.
Edmunds is a very good inexpensive source for Linux CDs.
Best regards, and thanks
To anyone who has made a donation: thanks!
I was able to get a new 120 GB 7200 RPM hard drive for my Linux computer
this weekend, which was a nice upgrade from my constantly full 20 GB
5400 RPM drive. I have now setup a cross compiling environment again
since I finally have the room to do so
lls from both /cygwin/bin and /cygwin/usr/X11R6/bin, so just
changing the startup directory is not quite enough.
Is there a recommended way to get this to work?
ie. Adding a shortcut (or a cygwin hardlink) to the cygcygipc-2.dll in
X11R6/bin
Thanks Again

Jehan (Bing),
I wanted to say thanks for provided the .ico file that I used for the
icon in Cygwin/XFree86 - Server Test Series - Test 66. I stole that
icon from your systray icon patches. I was never able to find nor
create an X icon that had the proper transaparency and that looked good

Greg,
Just add both c:/cygwin/bin and c:/cygwin/usr/X11R6/bin to the end of your
Windows PATH variable.

Thanks Igor,
It worked great, and Harold this just seems cleaner than the approach
you gave. This way t
very simple, but it doesn't work in my configuration, I

I am building support for the config file into xfree. The xkb code seems to
work well. You can get the preview from my website

I've just CVS commited a 1-line patch for the GDI leak I found
last night. It's actually the same patch Kensuke did a few hours
ago, but it wasn't applied to the MultiWindow files. [I'm not
complaining, I forgot to apply the off-by-one classname fix to
Kensuke's rootless code, too...]
It seems th
Yaakov, thanks for the promptly fix! The dependecy appears to be not
