I've setup a troubleshooting page in the freedesktop.org wiki.

This page is mainly a platform where I will collect troubleshooting
information. They will most likely be added to the FAQ too but
entering them into the wiki is much faster then creating the entries
in the FAQ XML source, compile and release the FAQ.
Feel free to add entries if you've found a solution to a problem (even
trivial ones) with Cygwin/X.
