Dear Mr Pine:

Calvin from USAonline phoned me twice yesterday.

In the first call Calvin began an investigation into why I've been
denied access to the web site which I've paid for many years.

In the afternoon Calvin left a message on our recorder.

Calvin said that "for the time being" http://www.nmol.com/users/billp/
is changed to http://www.texasonline.net/users/billp/. And that ftp
upload address is ftp. texasonline.net.

I tried http://www.texasonline.net/users/billp/. This doenot not appear
to be a valid link.

Also the web page seen at http://www.nmol.com/users/billp/ on 4/19/00
9:08 AM was not posted by us.

1 I ask that you provide me an explanation of why I've been denied
access to the internet services I've been paid for.

2 How a web page I've not posted and cannot change appears at
http://www.nmol.com/users/billp/.

3 I ask that you see that the internet service I've paid be promptly
restored.

Sincerely

William H. Payne
