Since it has been found that the police were within procedure in their
actions with respect to firing 41 rounds to stop a single man (armed or
not) then the family should bring a wrongful death suite against the city
for allowing bad procedures to be implimented.
The police claim to be trained professional. They also admit to being in
fear of their lives. Clearly they were in a situation which was beyond
their training.
