He sometimes worked with the clients and vendors on solutions. He has many contacts with senior management at client companies and heads the federal services practice of his company. He has previously had Vice-President of Technology/Information positions at three major companies headquartered in Metro Washington. Excluding a short period with a start up company, he has had only 4 employers in the 22 years he has spent in this community.
