Add support for Stale bot
Old issues will be automatically closed from now on. Each issue will have a
lifespan of 30 days before being marked as stale. If an issue is not addressed
within that time, then it will be marked as stale. A stale issue will have 30
days to be addressed before it is automatically closed.
Community feature requests will continue to be evaluated, but not all feature
requests can be implemented by the Cytoscape Consortium itself. If you have a
feature request that is important to you, the best way of making sure that the
feature will exist is by making a pull request.
