I have a form with a scroll panel in it. Inside the scroll panel I've
got a vert sizer with panels that have dGridSizer's. The grid sizers
have one column with a pageframe. The pageframe implements
DynamicSelectedPageNumber and some of the pages are larger veritcally
than others...for exam
