After Googling and DuckDuckGoing for a while I came to this solution. For me
it's easier than trying to compile darktable and just entering commands I don't
fully understand ;-) I wanted to share it, maybe it's useful to somebody ;-)

You can do this easily with flatpak, you just need to name the manifest
differently.
