Yes, i've seen it too. And it happens with paths too. I get it when
resizing the path, either the inner form or the outer blur radius.
BTW, how about a brush path in spot removal?

Drawn. I don't remember exactly, but as I recall the position of both the source and the target spots shifts after the spot has been altered (the spot or fading area). When I see it again I will write the exact mechanism. I have seen it many times.
