Can I suggest you developing a deconvolution sharpening module for Darktable, using the Richardson-Lucy algorithm? I think it will be a useful tool, in some images gives better results than traditional "unsharp mask" sharpening. Rawtherapee already implements it, so you can easily take ideas fro
