This is a bug in KDE which should properly expose its double-click
settings to GTK applications, following the XSettings framework.
try installing xsettings-kde package which should fix that (it is
available on OBS and I already mentionned it on this mailing list in
the past.

Since Cairo is already part of Darktable "stack" (being pulled by
GTK), I would strongly advocate
for it (it is also used by all GNOME applications and Firefox) and not

Be careful regarding capitalization, because it is language sensitive
and localisation shouldn't apply blindly what is used in english.
For instance, in english, you will see "GNOME Control Center" but it
would be wrong to translate it (in french) as "Centre de Contrôle
