Hello dear darktable community,
so far, Sony's ILCE-7s doesn't seem to have noise profiles for 1.6.0. I
tried to generate some for the most commonly used ISO values - 100 to 12800
(the AUTO range) as well as 25600 and 51200. The camera supports up to 400k
ISO, but it was hard to generate an image that was partly underexposed and
still out of focus (i.e. aperture reasonably wide open). The images were
shot on a full frame lens (does noise reduction also work for crop mode?)
and with electronic shutter disabled (this seems to affect noise).
However, local testing on my own darktable library did not seem to work,
although darktable-1.4.2 was started with the generated library, only
Poisson was available for my ILCE-7s pictures?
What can I do to fix this, and do I have to redo the profiles? My darktable
already had the support for the ILCE-7s basecurve imported (not that this
should matter because of the linear RAW style).
