I can repeat this easily.
Using color-zones, draw mask using Ctrl to maintain straight lines, if
mouse clicks are fairly close together (in time), darktable goes down.
The 'double-click' appears to be recognized incorrectly.
I am running the most recent ppa but this is a long standing difficulty.
