not that i'm using tagging a lot, but i think what you say makes perfect
sense. so i'd vote to delete the keyword module and not allow that
reorganisation.

wow, that was fast.. i had the impression the collect module was too big to
do quick changes to it :)

in the tag_explorer branch, the collect module now allow to select tags
like described above :
- hierarchical view (like the keywords module)
- simple click to change the active rule
- full hierarchy of the keyword + % at the end of the rule

Currently, it's a very quick hack, no real test of regression have been
maid for other fct of the lib (drag'ndrop, ...)
