To fix what exactly? The highlight clippings? If you have the RAW file it's
much easier, with jpeg do not expect miracles.
Highlight recovery, color reconstruction, tone curve, etc. should help. It
needs a lot of work though.
Using parametric masks to work only on the brightest areas is also a go
Try the shadows and highlights module, or just pulling down the exposure slightly. But I'd say
you've probably blown those highlights, especially if that's a JPG.
