Can you shoot RAW + JPEG and then reproduce the JPEG framing in DT using the RAW file? Then you can copy this crop to other files as well. Maybe you can put this into a "DT Style".

One workaround I found is to convert affeced files to DNG and then use DT.

most camera sensors have some pixels more than what the final jpeg output is. Those extra pixels may have not the same performance.
In your RAW file is the full sensor data. DT reads all the pixels. I consider this as a benefit.
BTW: 5472 x 3648 is not 1:5 aspect ratio.
