and hate being under the control of Microsoft with Windows computers. I am
switching my Windows 7 computers to LINUX Mint and am very happy with what I am

DT 3.8 is not slower on my geriatic computers using Windows. I have
installed it on my Linux Mint machines as well, but do my editing currently
on my Windows computer. There are some massive improvements to
functionality and features in 3.8 that are worth the upgrade. For instance

Okay so today an Apple expert was here for a lot of things. He also dove into
the dt problem. He fixed by giving full access to the ntfs conversion software,
something with Kernel.
So... problem solved!

The software that I bought should make it possible to *read* the
ntfs-formatted disk ... I don’t know why dt doesn’t support that too.
