Is there any way to export the masks generated by darktable modules
outside of darktable? I use DT for all of my daytime photo processing,
but when doing astro in more specialized astrophoto programs, I really
find myself missing the great masks DT can generate. It'd be very useful

I'm on Debian testing - I'm assuming the corresponding instructions
would be for Debian Next? If yes, trying to follow them gives me a
darktable is at the latest version, 3.2.1 message.

When I tried creating an initial corrections preset for my images and
tried to add lens correction to it, it ended up applying the correction
for one particular lens and one particular FL over any image I'd apply
it to. Is there a way to have it automatically read the lens metadata,

Agreed with the manual exposure. If you tell us what lenses you have and
what your observation location is like (city, rural, middle of nowhere
etc) I can suggest some settings.
