That's exactly that image magick is ment for: write a bash script with:
for file in *.jpg
do
#write image magick comands here
done
and all is done automatically without any hand work for you ...

I didn't try RT for a while, but just installed it again and it even
does a better job in sharpness and detail than C1. Remarkable.
I was almost going to buy a Windows machine just for photos, but now I
might try RT again, although I find DT easier to use and with more tools.

Let me pipe in. I'm also a Fuji user, x-t10 and x-pro2.
DT is not great in the sharpening dept. It's not bad but there's more
work to be done. Rawtherapee is far, far superior in the sharpening
and noise reduction department.
Rawtherapee has sharpening + edge detection and post-resize sharpening.
It's been a while since I asked a question about how to get the best
sharpness and detail in DT, in this case using RAF files from my Fuji
XT1 and 2. Sometimes the sharpness is good enough for me, but I just
tested Capture One for Fuji cameras (free for Fuji users), and compared
