Finally i installed drivers from backports and opencl is ON :-)
I don't know why it was not working when i installed drivers and cuda from
nvidia's .run files.

the web directions. Dead simple and dt ran with no problem s.

Have you checked the documentation? There is a section about OpenCL
issues.
Do you have nvidia-opencl-icd installed?

Have you tried backports? 375.26 is backported to Debian Jessie.
Another possibility would be to upgrade to Debian Stretch. Yes, still
testing, but three weeks from deep freeze...
