I don't plan to have Darktable running from both machines at the same time.
But even if I did, it would not be on the same film roll.
But what you've said to me is interesting: How do I do the move of the
files from within Darktable?

The difficult thing here is if you plan to edit files in the working folder
from the laptop and the desktop at the same time, running a sync job in the

If I have several instances of a module and I copy&paste say tonecurve1
to another image, it seems that dt mixes up some names. Ie. I see that
new images get only a "tonecurve1" instead of "tonecurve". It also seems
