Presently using the mouse wheel to adjust rotation in an image requires
placing the mouse pointer on top of the angle scale slider and rotating. 
Location above the slider is rather critical and pulls attention from the
image.  

I suggest making moving the slider to be the first item in the module
parameters list or the last and increasing the area sensitive to the mouse
wheel rotation.  Or, better yet, provide a shortcut/key-combination so I
am not required to look away from the image.

Right-mouse-button dragging across the image is handy at times but not
always suitable/useful.
