Currently it is not possible.
It is rather easy to implement (by extending scalepixels iop).
If you really want it, you should create feature request.
(But it will certainly not happen for 1.6, because we are in the feature
freeze)

i think your image is corrupted. for some reason dcraw manages to get
something out of it anyways. maybe it's possible to recover with some dng
conversion tool?

I can confirm that the driver from NVidia works for me, as explained in my
mails on this list some weeks ago (different chipset and distribution though,
GTX 750Ti on Debian, using the download script provided by Debian). For me it
was important to remove the previous driver cleanly (“purge” in A
