I noticed that the module order question, which I covered too, is
answered in the FAQ http://www.darktable.org/about/faq/ .
Are you interested in finer details feedback like "FAQ says SVG, but on
my machine |tools/iop_dependencies.py| generates PDF not SVG" ?

thanks for that. dcraw seems to produce an acceptable tiff. Can't do the
blacklevel and whitelevel steps in that article, though. Adobe hasn't
updated its DNG converter yet. I guess, I'll have to while a little while
for that. Thanks anyway.
