Note: i have switched from gentoo to debian gnu/linux almost a year ago, so my data might be outdated. I would put that "ebuild for osm-gps-map-1.0.2" into local repo, and would try emerging it into a slot. Also, consider talking to darktable ebuild maintainer. And finally, tell him to update deps
