DT 1.6.9. It uses: libgphoto 2.5.8. They have released libgphoto
2.5.9 that fixes a few tethered bugs with the Canon EOS.
Is it safe to update the libgphoto or should I wait for dt2.0 with
libgphoto 2.5.9?

.. edit it with GIMP
.. administrate it in *Shotwell*

In Shotwell you can quickly add new tags but it is very limited in
