I just installed Darktable 2.0.0 form source, and I cannot work with my
Panasonic DMC-FZ18 raw pictures anymore (this used to work with former

I guess it won't work from within dt, if it doesn't work with gphoto2.
You've to make sure, that gphoto2 works.

Looking at the GPhoto2 compatibility list (http://www.gphoto.org/doc/remote/)
it should be supported as of libgphoto2 from 2011. However it has never
