If you want to go back to the stable 2.0 release, you can downgrade:
# cd /var/cache/pacman/pkg/
# pacman -U darktable-2.0.0-5-x86_64.pkg.tar.xz
See https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/downgrading_packages
It would be good to notify the maintainer, not sure how to do that though.

Hi, I am using darktable 2.0.0 (2.0.0-4 from Archlinux). The lens
correction tool does not recognize the lens I am using but if I click on
the down arrow next to the lens id nothing happens, no lens list is
offered. The issue here is not the fact that my lens is not recognized
but the fact that
Correction: that is fixed in 2.0.0-3 archlinux package. I had 2.0.0-2
and should have upgraded before posting... Apologies.

I upgraded to Darktable 2.0 recently (Archlinux package), but the
version reported in the left-top corner of the UI (or in the "About"
dialog If I right-click) is
"archive-c3d5e..." (I am not typing the several characters following).
Shouldn't there be an indication of the version number (2.0.0
That's strange, I'm on Arch too but Darktable is in the community repo;
the AUR only contains darktable-git, version 0.9.3...
I just upgraded from 1.6.9 to 2.0.0 through regular pacman -Syu.

By using xiccd in .xinitrc the profile is indeed loaded, but since I
have two monitors darktable-cmstest complains:
DVI-I-1the X atom and colord returned different profiles

Thank you, that makes it somewhat clearer. I had tried dispwin in
.xinitrc but that did not load the profile, I will try with the other
software as well.

I've recently started to implement color management (Archlinux with
OpenBox) and considering switching from LightZone to a more elaborate
photo software. Darktable seems promising except for color management.
It is very easy to specify a monitor profile for Gimp, LightZone and
Firefox but Darkt
