Thank-you for your insights and suggestions.
Since Mac OS is also a ’nux system, I assumed that the naming convention would
work as you’ve described. Yet on my machine, it’s not behaving nicely.
Assuming that in my case, $(FILE_FOLDER) is actually “Sept15_Bike\ Courier”,

I suspect what is happening here is that on a Linux system $(FILE_FOLDER)
would be an absolute path, i.e. it would begin with / whereas perhaps this
is not the case on Mac OS. If $(FILE_FOLDER) was a relative path, i.e. did
not start with a / and if the current directory at the time of export was
ething odd with your pictures' names...

Thanks Tony. I had already tried this. Alas, it didn’t work. Whereas it does
indeed give me a subdirectory under $(FILE_FOLDER), it copies the entire
structure from “Volumes” until the media folder, and then onwards to
$(FILE_FOLDER). This results in at least 8 directory levels! As you can

I am not too embarrassed to admit that I can’t specify the proper format to
ensure that my exported images are sent to a sub-directory of $(FILE_FOLDER).
Can somebody please help?
Currently, I have: $(FILE_FOLDER)_RAWconversion/$(FILE_NAME) This gives me a
new folder at the same level of the

From the web it appears that Arch have already patched to offending exo
but the patch has not fully migrated yet. So for Arch users it works

I think that this is dependent on the email program that one uses.
Previously I used Evolution ... that worked; I have recently tried Claws

Currently (due to other functionality) I use Thunderbird ... that does
not work but provides an error message.

Hi Rob,
the export module allows you (like almost any other module) to save
presets. Have a look at the tiny buttons in the module's header, left of
the name.

Hi all
Is there any way to save different export selected settings in much the
same way as the history stack can be saved as a style?
For example, mostly I export in jpeg form, with the values "0" and "0"
in the max size selection boxes. Occasionally when I want to post
something to a facebook
