Yes i saw something like that created very reently on the git version :
zoom use ctrl+wheel to pass barriers
the user has to hit ctrl when scrolling to go
- under the "zoom-to-fit" level
- after the 1:1 level
bounds are 0.5*"zoom-to-fit" and 200%

I am trying to remove redeye using spot removal by copying black into
the red ring around the highlight in the eye. Unfortunately, I can't
reduce the size of the spot to something small enough to do it. The
problem is that there is an upper limit to how much I can zoom. Is
