inotify_add_watch: Permission denied

Hello I am running beagle 0.2.3-0ubuntu7 on ubuntu dapper, kernel 2.6.15-20-686 with CONFIG_INOTIFY=y (default) When I run beagled as a normal user, it runs for a while, then dies with inotify_add_watch: Permission denied [see 1 below] I tried changing false to true in ~/.beagle/daemon.xml and
