indexing causes very high cpu and memory consumption of the pdftotext

Yes, it works fine on higher versions of Gtk# (like Dapper has), but the
lowest required version for building Beagle doesn't have all the latest
Gnome.MimeApplication stuff.

I'm not really sure why it was originally done that way. But I noticed
that almost all my feeds were from 'Today'. A quick re-index and this
fixes it.

Just submitted an updated patch for bug 307812 [1]. It not perfect, or
really ready for much of anything at the moment, but it does work. And
so does inotify... kinda..
