transaction_count for FileAttributeStore

Hi, Maybe it's just a little too late and i will wonder tomorrow why i didn't understand this... It looks like transaction_count in FileAttributeStore_Sqlite.cs never is increased. This would cause the store not to be flushed if Flush () is called. Can somebody who's still awake please check tha
