Good website! It would also be interesting to look at the results for
competition, using effective number of parties:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Effective_number_of_parties (It's argued that this
measure is better than number of candidates.)

Great idea. I think you should talk to CCF of BBMP Brijeshkumar with this
idea. They wanted to do some survey, then I think they felt it's impossible
with the 20 people they have. he might have some ideas and some data too.
